Max Manus is a modern high technology company with more than 50 employees, which specialises in developing and providing tailor-made solutions and services in various markets.

Max Manus was founded in 1946 by the World War II resistance fighter Max Manus (Maximo Guillermo Manus). 

Originally Max Manus specialised in selling office equipment and supplies and held the Norwegian agency for Olivetti and later Philips. As a consequence of this collaboration, the company’s interests turned more and more towards speech communication systems.

The last two decades, Max Manus has delivered leading solutions for intercom communication, dictation, and automatic speech recognition and developed and acquired substantial knowledge and experience with speech communication systems.

 

Today the Max Manus Group consists of 3 companies: Max Manus AS in Norway, Max Manus A/S in Denmark and Max Manus in Sweden, and is Scandinavia’s leading provider of speech recognition technology and digital dictation solutions.

 

Max Manus has for more than 50 years, worked together with Philips GmbH, now Nuance on speech recognition, and throughout the years, we have delivered solutions to more than 8.000 users.

 

An important part of our business strategy, is to ensure good working partnerships, and today we have several partners in our local markets as well as across the borders.

 

Max Manus Group is today still in the hands of the Max Manus family.
